Before the Court are two Motions. First is Defendants’ Motion to Reconsider the October 23, 2003, Opinion and Order of the Court which granted Plaintiffs’ Motion to Remand, filed November 6, 2003. 1 Second is Defendants’ Motion for Scheduling Order Related to Smallwood Issues, filed September 14, 2004.
