— We have before us the preliminary objections of defendant, Capitol Commercial Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “re-developer” ), to the complaint in ejectment of plaintiff, Redevelopment Authority of the City of Harrisburg (hereinafter referred to as the “authority”).
