| zThis is an appeal from a judgment denying unemployment compensation benefits. The plaintiff, David P. Strahan, worked for Earns Electric, LLC for five years. In January of 2010, a property owner sought bids from four companies, including Earns Electric, for work to be done on his property. After receiving four bids, the property owner rejected them all as too high. The lowest was $950.
