MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

On September 15, 1992 the Trustee filed a Motion for Review of Attorney’s Fees and Order of Turnover pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 329. The Court’s December 4, 1992 Memorandum of Opinion and Order reserved ruling on said motion until a fee application was before the Court. On December 11, 1992 the Trustee filed a Motion to Require a Fee Application be Filed.
