This appeal is from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County entered for the de*354fendant. The case was tried before a judge without a jury. The judge, after the trial, made the following findings of fact: (1) The claim is based upon a written contract; (2) The plaintiff has not shown its right to recover; (3) The defendant is not liable; and (4) The defendant is entitled to a verdict.
