MONROE, J.
Upon the death of Herman Graf, Otto Graf, his son, by a former marriage, was appointed administrator of his estate, and, having provoked the appointment of an attorney to represent four other (major) children of said former marriage, who are said to be absentees or nonresidents, he caused an inventory to be made, in which were included certain real estate appraised at $2,250, and certain cash and movables appraised at $578.42.
