Before the Court is Harrell’s Motion to Strike Portions of Defendant’s Response and for Leave to File Rebuttal Brief (Rec. Doc. 98), which Defendant opposes (Rec.Doc. 103). Also before the Court and in connection with the Motion for Class Certification (Rec.Doc.62) filed by Plaintiff and pursuant to this Court’s February 1, 2006 Order (Rec.
