Appellant T.H. (Father) appeals the trial court’s judgment restricting his visitation with his daughter, N.H., because the petition filed by the juvenile officer alleging that N.H. was in need of care discussed her mother’s wrongdoing, but it gave Father no notice that his parental rights would be restricted, yet the court did restrict his rights, and did so without giving him notice for over one year that he had a right to have counsel appointed to represent him.
