MORROW, Presiding Judge.
The offense is the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for one year.
It appears that after argument and charge of the court, the jury came from their retirement with the following verdict:
“No. 6236. The State of Texas v. Harrison Perryman. We, the jury, find the defendant, Harrison Perryman, guilty of unlawfully selling intoxicating liquor, as charged in the indictment, and assess his punishment by confinement in the State Penitentiary for one year and one day.
