MORRISON, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Nueces County refusing to reduce a bond.
Relator stands charged by indictment with the offense of burglary and two prior convictions for felonies less than capital alleged for enhancement.
At the hearing on the writ, relator produced evidence that he was able to make bond in the sum of $1,000.00, but the court refused to reduce a $5,000.00 bond under which he was then being held to that sum but did reduce it to $4,500.00.
