This case comes to us again following remand to the trial court in the earlier decision of Barrow County Airport Auth. v. Romanair, Inc., 254 Ga. App. 722 (563 SE2d 467) (2002). After determining that *888rent adjustments were required to be made within a reasonable time after a “change date” specified in the lease, we remanded the case to the trial court to determine whether such an adjustment had, in fact, been made within a reasonable time.
