Defendants-appellants Warren and Karen Spurling bring this appeal from a judgment permanently enjoining the use of their property at 6125 Oak Hill Road, Evansville, Indiana, as a used car outlet in violation of the planning and zoning code of Evansville and Vanderburgh County.
