Henry C. Taylor, claiming to have purchased real estate in Genesee county at the May, 1932, tax sale, filed a petition for a writ of assistance directed to the sheriff of that county to remove the occupants from the lands claimed and put him in possession thereof.
He claims he paid at such tax sale $152.17 for delinquent 1928 taxes and $141.79 for delinquent 1929 taxes and received a deed from the auditor general September 20, 1932, of the property for the 1928 taxes, and holds the county treasurer's certificate for the 1929 taxes.
