MEMORANDUM DECISION

PEDER K. ECKER, Bankruptcy Judge.

Jahan Company, Inc. (“Jahan”), a post-petition creditor of Dakota Industries, Inc. (“Dakota”), a debtor in possession in a Chapter 11 proceeding, seeks registry with this Court of a default judgment entered by the New Jersey Bankruptcy Court against Dakota. Jahan seeks administrative expense priority for the judgment and assistance from the United States Marshal to enforce the judgment against the debtor’s property.
