Pending before the court are Plaintiff Libby Rose’s Motion for Leave to Use a Fictitious Name (# 2) and Defendants Beaumont Independent School District (“BISD”), Dr. Carrol Thomas (“Thomas”), Roland Antoine (“Antoine”), and Tommy Floyd Granger’s (“Granger”) Motion to Require Plaintiff to Use Her Real Names (# 10).
