This is an action is assumpsit in which the Neshaminy School District seeks payment of certain taxes which it alleges are due and owing from defendant and as to which defendant claims various exemptions and unconstitutionality of the taxing resolution.

The facts are not in dispute and the case is virtually one stated. The facts necessary for a resolution of the matter may be spelled out as follows:
