The appellant made claim for benefits under the Missouri Workmen’s Compensation Law for bodily injuries sustained March 21, 1958. The Referee found in his favor and awarded him $9,513.38. Upon a review of that award the Industrial Commission of Missouri ruled that the appellant was not an employee of the Star Novelty Company and reversed the award rendered by the Referee in its entirety. From that ruling of the Commission an appeal was taken to the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. That court affirmed *297the ruling of the Commission, denying the claim.…
