Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Murray Mogel, J.), rendered May 21, 1992, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of three years to life, affirmed.

Evidence credited at defendant’s suppression hearing was that two officers in a marked police van observed defendant walking briskly away from a group of men standing together in a drug-prone location, while clutching underneath his arm *154in a suspicious manner as though "tucking” a weapon beneath his jacket, and then putting both…
