ORDER DISMISSING ACTION, DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT, AND GRANTING SUMMARY JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT
I. PRELIMINARY MATTERS This is an action brought by plaintiff union against defendant employer under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 185.
