Horace G. Chittenden died of a heart attack while working as the operator of a brander-sander in a plywood plant. His widow applied for a pension from, the Department of Labor and Industries. The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals denied her claim and on appeal to the superior court, the case was dismissed on the ground that the record contained no evidence that Mr. Chittenden had died as the result of an industrial injury.
