I. Introduction
John Doe (Petitioner) appeals an order and judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis’ County denying his petition for ex-pungement under § 610.122 RSMo Supp. 2014. 1 Petitioner argues the court erred in finding" his arrest was not based on false information. We reverse.
