The plaintiff, claiming to be the owner of two policies of life insurance issued by the Northwestern Mutual Life Insur*203ance Company upon the life of, her husband, Harry B. Grems, seeks by this action -to restrain his trustee in bankruptcy from collecting or enforcing the same, and also asks a decree adjudging her to be the owner of said policies of insurance. The policies in question were issued and held by the parties under the following circumstances:
