This is an appeal by the Insurance Company of North America ("INA") from a judgment in favor of Citizensbank of Thomasville based on a jury verdict finding a bad faith refusal to pay an insurance claim.
Prior to Citizensbank's opening in August 1975, it obtained a banker's blanket bond from INA. The bond included fidelity coverage for fraudulent or dishonest acts of the officers and employees of the Bank.
