The plaintiff is an Illinois corporation and is not authorized to do business in this State. The defendant is a Michigan corporation having its principal office in the city of Detroit. On November 24, 1922, the parties entered into a written contract for the sale and installation by the plaintiff of certain machinery and equipment which when installed would constitute a complete unit for handling and condensing milk.
