The State charged Hector L. Rodriguez by information with Class B misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 49.04 (West Supp.2014). Before trial, Rodriguez moved to suppress evidence of his blood-test results. After a hearing, the trial court denied the requested relief. Pursuant to a plea bargain with the State, Rodriguez pleaded guilty to the charge.
