—Affirming.

The appeal is from a judgment convicting and sentencing appellant to 21 years in the state reformatory for the manslaughter of Herbert Crowe. Death resulted from knife wounds inflicted during a fight on the street in front of a pool room in Winchester. Since no question has been made concerning the sufficiency of the evidence to support the verdict of the jury, we will not waste time or space in describing the events leading up to and resulting in the homicide.
