Petitioner Xiu Fen Xia, a native and citizen of China, seeks review of a May 25, 2006 order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”) affirming in part the December 7, 2004 decision of the Immigration Judge denying Xia’s applications for asylum, withholding of removal pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1231(b)(3), and withholding of removal pursuant to the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”).
