Benjamin Williamson, la,te chancellor of the state of New Jersey, died in that state about the 1st of December, 1892, having before then made a will and several codicils, which were admitted to probate in the orphans’ court of that state. Among other bequests made by Chancellor Williamson in his will was one contained in the eleventh clause, by which he divided all the residue and remainder of his personal property into three shares, one of which was given to his son Isaac, in trust for the education, support, and maintenance of his children, Lelia and Benjamin, and the survivors of them, the…
