(dissenting) : This is an appeal from an order of his Honor Judge Shipp, dated Octobre 7, 1927, affirming formally, and order of the Probate Judge of Orangeburg County, dated September 24, 1927, dismissing a petition of the railway company, to revoke letters of administration which had been granted to R. R. Moore upon the estate of Edwin A Wagnon, deceased, by the Probate Court of Orangeburg County.
