Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rigler, J.), rendered November 3, 1982, convicting him of burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, possession of burglar’s tools, attempted petit larceny, and criminal trespass in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
