Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Mathews, J.), rendered October 19, 1989, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Upon her plea of guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, defendant was sentenced to a prison term of 2 to 6 years. Defendant’s only contention on appeal is that the sentence is harsh and excessive and should be reduced in the interest of justice to 1 to 3 years’ imprisonment.
