Xiaoyan “Ivy” Tang was terminated from her position in the Technology Banking Groüp at Citizens Bank, N.A. (“Citizens”) in June 2011. She sued Citizens and her supervisor, David Nackley, then the Senior Vice President of the Technology Banking Group, bringing numerous claims stemming from her termination.
