—This suit is here on an appeal from a final decree entered in the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, dated the 30th of November, 1937, holding the equities of the cause to be with the plaintiff and issuing a permanent injunction. The parties hereto will be referred to in this opinion as they appeared in the lower court as plaintiff and defendants. The bill óf complaint alleges, among other things, that the plaintiff was the owner of certain described lands approximating 18,000 acres, which were in a high state of cultivation and used for agricultural purposes; the lands were located in…
