Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment of no cause of action in favor of defendant rendered by the Wayne County Circuit Court. As a result of this judgment, plaintiff’s complaint to set aside a property transfer, in the form of a joint bank account with rights of survivorship, to defendant from plaintiff’s decedent was dismissed.
