PONDER, Justice.

On January 25, 1939, George M. Cox, Inc., a Louisiana Corporation, domiciled in the City of New Orleans, instituted injunction proceedings against R. Lee Eddy, Mrs. T. A. Goertz and Joseph T. Goertz. The plaintiff's petition sets forth that George Cox is president and owner of a majority of the outstanding stock of the corporation; that the board of directors is composed of George M.
