Lois Ruth Kalberloh, the plaintiff below, filed suit against Relator Mary Malan, a registered pharmacist practicing in Clinton, Missouri, alleging pharmaceutical malpractice for incorrectly filling her prescription. As evidence, Ms. Kalberloh sought to admit joint stipulations of fact and consent orders in which Ms. Malan had previously settled two complaints filed by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
