OPINION AND ORDER

Kim Allen Clay moves this Court to enter an order permanently disbarring him from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In response, the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) agrees that Clay’s conduct warrants permanent disbarment.
