ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF WALTER W. WOLERY

BARBARA J. SELLERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court upon an objection filed on behalf of Fred G. Pres ton, the duly-appointed trustee in bankruptcy (“Trustee”). The Trustee objects to the allowance of claim # 24, filed by Walter W. Wolery (“Wolery”) in the amount of $54,-499.98. The objection was opposed by Wol-ery and was heard by the Court. Because this case was filed in 1975, this contested matter is governed by the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act of 1898 (now repealed).
