—This is a suit by Lula Bratcher, the widow of G. S. Bratcher, deceased, in behalf of herself and minor children, to recover of the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Bailway Company damages resulting to them from the death of said G. S. Bratcher, who was killed by one of the railway company’s trains at an intersection of its railroad and a street-car line in the city of Waxahachie, in a collision between such train and a street car of which the said G.
