The plaintiff brings this action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien against the defendant Schenectady County Coal Company.

On the 16th day of September, 1911, the defendant Booth entered into a contract with the defendant coal company to construct, at different-places in the city of Schenectady, N. Y., five re-enforced concrete coal pockets according to certain specifications.
