Appellants, W. L. Hutcheson, W. L. Hutcheson, Jr., and Hutcheson Wholesale Shoe Company, Inc., were plaintiffs in the circuit court in an action against appellee, Kenneth G. Clapp, doing business as Packard Fort Smith Company, and J. H. Bryan. Plaintiffs alleged that in March, 1949, J. H.
