John Platt and his wife filed a “bill of complaint for injunction and declaration of rights” claiming that on May 29, 1933, they purchased from defendants Platzki their vendors’ interest in a certain land contract for the sum of $2,000, which was to be paid at the rate of $25 per month. At the time the contract payments were $50 a month and there was an unpaid balance due the vendors of $3,746.90; and although the monthly payments were being made with regularity, the vendee had failed to pay some taxes and a considerable amount of these were in arrears.
