Appellee J. E. Dazey filed a bill in the circuit court of Moultrie county, Illinois, to partition a quarter section of land in said county. The original bill was answered by the appellants and cross-bills were filed by some of them. When the pleadings were settled the cause was referred to a master in chancery to take evidence. After taking a large amount of evidence the master reported his conclusions, reporting that in his opinion Dazey was not entitled to the relief prayed for in the original bill and that there was not sufficient evidence to sustain the cross-bills and recommended their…
