_JjThe State appeals the juvenile court’s judgment granting the defendant’s motion to dismiss the petition. For the following reasons, we affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The juvenile defendant, J.E., was charged with one count of domestic abuse battery against her mother in violation of La. R.S. 14:35.3.
