T1 Barbara Shultz (Shultz), Appellant is the sister and sole heir-at-law of the deceased Dicky J. Hodges (Hodges). Hodges died testate on January 17, 2006, and his holographic will was admitted to probate on January 24, 2006. 1 Schultz contends the trial court's interpretation of Hodges' Will and distribution of Hodges' Estate was contrary to Oklahoma law and the express provisions of the Will.
