Action for land rent under oral lease. Appellant, who will hereafter be referred to as plaintiff, alleges that she was the owner of about 1,200 acres of land in Lincoln county, Nebraska, which she leased under an oral agreement during the year 1918 to the appellees, hereafter called defendants, for a period of one year commencing March 1, 1919, and ending March 1, 1920; that the defendants agreed to pay as rent therefor $200 for the pasture land and to deliver one-third of all the crops raised upon said land in Sutherland as crop rent.
