In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 15,1980, which denied their motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint (in Action No. 1), upon the ground that no triable issue of fact is presented by the plaintiffs as to the existence of serious injury within the meaning of subdivision 4 of section 671 of the Insurance Law.
