MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Motorola Mobility, Inc. has sued Myriad France SAS and Myriad Group AG for breach of contract, alleging that they failed to comply with their contractual obligations to indemnify Motorola Mobility for damages it sustained as a result of defective software they produced. Myriad France has moved to dismiss the claims against it under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). Myriad Group has moved to dismiss the claims against it for lack of personal jurisdiction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2). For the reasons…
