A taxpayer’s suit filed in the court below by the appellee questioned the validity of a contract entered into with Diehl Brothers and Company, whereby the City of Fort Lauderdale sold certain of its outstanding unredeemed tax certificates for seventy-five per cent of the principal face value thereof.
