Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kron, J.), rendered April 3, 1998, convicting him of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant contends that he complied with the conditions of his plea agreement, and that the court therefore erred in imposing a sentence of imprisonment without affording him an opportunity to withdraw his guilty plea.
